  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Personal items (such as cushion covers, blankets, and meditation tools) that have been used
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. After approval:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. International Returns
